Refund and cancellation policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before registering for our hockey camps and academies.

1. Cancellation before the start of the program:

   • If a cancellation is requested more than 14 days before the start of the camp or academy, a full refund will be given, less an administrative fee of 10% of the total cost.
   • If a cancellation is requested between 7 and 14 days before the start of the camp or academy, a 50% refund will be given.
   • If a cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the start of the camp or academy, no refund will be given.
     
     

2. Absence or early departure:

   • No refund or credit will be given for an absence or early departure, except in the case of a medical reason justified by a medical certificate.
     
     

3. Cancellation by Hockey-Academies.ca:

   • In the event that Hockey-Academies.ca has to cancel a program for exceptional reasons (such as weather conditions or government restrictions), participants will have the choice between a full refund or a credit for a future camp.
     
     

4. Registration modification:

   • Requests to modify registration (change of dates or camp) can be made without additional charges if received at least 14 days before the start of camp, subject to availability.
     
     

5. Refund method:

   • All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the initial registration, within 10 business days of request approval.
